Fence party Augusta

This past weekend, friends J and Kelly hosted a party in their back yard downtown Augusta... it was their first official party since designing and building their new (really cool) fence. They celebrated with friends and a lowcountry boil... fitting for a fence party, id say!

photos taken around my house Saturday... this is one of the linen tablecloths that I found at an antique store in Tennessee(Janie Briant would go nuts there). I've actually been going to Annie Dorris Pedigo's antique store since I was very small. I had forgotten this until I walked in during my recent trip home.   p.s. The black striped purse with the tassel is from Proud Mary. 

summer breaks

June is moving quickly... I've decided to take more small breaks in the day, especially during the hottest part. These rose photos were taken in my mom's backyard in Nashville. 

Just getting back from a trip home... It was great. Nashville really is a cool spot even though we were greeted with a tornado and swarming Cicada's.
